Maybe like me you go through times when you are just ‘blue.”  Or perhaps the world seems to be crashing down around you.  You’ve lost your job, spouse, best friend, reason to get out of bed in the morning.  (Yes…there are times when everything seems that dismal.)

The minute that you change your focus to helping someone else you’re problems will take a backseat…if only for a little while.  In that time however you will see the joy or relief that you bring to another person’s life.  You’ll realize that everyone has worries and that a single act of kindness can change a life.  When you are the one giving…your life is changed too!
